UX Designer

📋 Description

• Design the Tier 1 Real-Time explanation block for AI/Decision Intelligence.
• Architect HITL review queues and the Advisor UI for Layer 6 delivery.
• Set UI/UX standards for rendering agent outputs across domains.
• Review demos to ensure explainability meets standards before Shadow Mode.
• Collaborate with Product/Finance teams on UX for complex workflows.
• Support building transparent, high-trust user experiences for advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in UX for AI/Decision Intelligence platforms.
• Experience designing for complex financial service professional workflows.
• Strong understanding of Information Architecture and Explainable AI (XAI).
• Proficiency in designing structured, non-LLM UI components.
