📋 Description

• Polishing the Diamond: own quality, fix UX papercuts that impact usability.
• Building Complex UI Components: build custom Taxonomic filter, Date-Time picker, and expand the
• Create a Design system: create reusable components and reduce technical debt.
• Shipping with AI: use AI tools to augment workflow and handle ambitious tasks.
• Iterating Quickly: maintain a tight feedback loop to prioritize user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• You know React inside and out (Next.js or Remix experience is great).
• You are a Tailwind CSS wizard and understand browser support quirks.
• You have a portfolio, Twitter, or Dribbble that proves you can build beautiful things and can
• You have a bias for the user experience and a track record of shipping fast without breaking the
• You can step into the backend when needed ( Claude/Codex ) to get the job done.
• This role is about delighting users; justify decisions and suggest improvements to reduce friction.
