UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Design and optimize conversion-focused digital experiences across key customer touchpoints
• Create A/B test concepts based on hypotheses, success metrics, and customer insights; analyze
• Partner with conversion optimization teams to identify friction points using analytics, heatmaps
• Build, maintain, and scale a comprehensive design system, including components, design tokens
• Ensure design consistency through governance, version control, and quality reviews across all
• Translate stakeholder requirements into polished, production-ready designs with usability

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of professional UX/UI design experience, with significant experience in DTC, e-commerce
• Proven experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma, including components
• Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable business impact through improvements such as conversion
• Experience managing the full experimentation lifecycle: hypotheses, test variations, results, and
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of modern UX/UI principles and workflows.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, communicate proactively, and maintain
