🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Design or related field.
3+ years as UX/UI Designer in Web3 with a strong portfolio.
Proven experience leading design projects with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with InVision, Marvel, or Framer.
Strong user-centered design, IA, and interaction design knowledge.
