🎯 Requirements

Experience as a UAS operator, maintainer, or military aviation instructor
Structured training environment with formal evaluation processes
Strong aviation procedures, safety, and standardization knowledge
Experience with evaluations, certifications, or qualifications
Ability to enforce standards and provide clear feedback
Strong communication and organizational skills
