• Experience as Value Engineer/Value Consultant at software vendor or management consulting
• Ability to quantify IT/OT value using financial data and insights
• Strong logical/analytical skills to convert insights into solutions
• Knowledge of global tools/methodologies tailored to Japanese business
• Business-level Japanese and English
