VAS Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Own development strategy and lifecycle mgmt of PCRF platform, incl. capacity planning and evolution
• Lead introduction of new services and platform capabilities from requirements to deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Drive vendor engagement: evaluations, contract scope, delivery governance
• Participate in tender processes: define requirements and evaluate proposals
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation: hardware/software delivery and deployment planning

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE network architecture
• Hands-on experience with policy control, charging, and packet core elements
• Good understanding of Diameter and GTP signaling protocols
• Solid IP networking knowledge
• English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher
• Experience with Linux-based environments
