📋 Description

• Lead complex cybersecurity consulting engagements.
• Act as program leader for a portfolio of clients with ClearAdvantage.
• Balance technical execution with strategic planning to align with client goals and regulatory
• Mentor junior staff and refine internal methodologies to support growth.
• Drive business development and contribute to Clearwater’s market leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and client success to develop client-specific proposals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Consulting, Cybersecurity, or related role.
• BA/BS Degree preferred; professional certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM preferred.
• Deep knowledge of NIST, HITRUST, HIPAA, ISO 27001.
• Ability to design and adapt security programs to meet client needs; strong problem solving and risk
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders; strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Leadership, mentorship, and ability to drive thought leadership and industry engagement.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $155,000-175,000. Total rewards package with benefits.
