• Coordinate and optimize inventory capture across multiple sites.
• Ensure accurate vehicle listings and records in internal systems.
• Inspect vehicles to provide high-quality listings and minimize errors.
• Collaborate with wholesale to streamline logistics.
• Work across storage sites, dealerships, and auctions to capture vehicles timely.
• Oversee and train junior capture staff and shuttle drivers.

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• On-site with a rotating schedule, weekends included
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Clean driving record, no major infractions
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions
