Own a defined territory and customer portfolio with ARR quota.
Manage full sales cycle end-to-end: qualification, discovery, ROI, proposal, close.
Build and execute territory plan; present results via QBRs.
Drive adoption of sales best practices using Salesforce, SalesLoft, Seismic, BI.
Maintain forecasting, pipeline hygiene and CRM opportunity management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Services for great customer experiences.

🎯 Requirements

Native Spanish speaker, based in Spain (+Fluent in English)
Minimum 2+ years sales experience, SaaS or tech-focused
Experience in fast-paced, target-driven ARR delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and solutions orientation
Hands-on CRM/revenue tools experience (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach)
