Vendor Management Associate

📋 Description

• Own printer/vendor relationships across the U.S. to ensure on-time production.
• Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate inventory, and recover delayed orders.
• Work with Tech to automate manual tasks and improve processes at scale.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1.5 years in ops, vendor mgmt, supply chain, or similar role.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
