📋 Description

• Support CX Shopper Vendor Management, partnering with BPO networks to ensure vendor performance and
• Develop scorecards, dashboards, and trackers to provide real-time vendor health insights.
• Coordinate onboarding, milestones, and off-boarding with BPO partners; escalate complex issues when
• Contribute to QA, training coordination, and nesting processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on Vendor Management strategy projects and cross-team initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, operations, or related field, or equivalent practical
• 2 to 4 years in project coordination, customer support operations, or BPO roles
• Demonstrated data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of presenting to peers and vendor stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel ~25% domestically and internationally; available for ET business hours
