Vendor Operations Specialist II

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day non-compliance ticket workstream for vendor portfolio
• Maintain accurate issue status, reason codes, and dollar amounts
• Contact vendors to resolve routing deviations, mis-ships, labeling problems
• Use Google Sheets and Excel to compile data, update trackers, spot errors
• Collaborate with Ops and Merchandising on non-compliance outcomes
• Support vendor onboarding as needed and grow into portfolio-level data ownership

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in vendor operations, inbound logistics, or high-volume vendor communication
• Comfortable owning a defined scope with minimal oversight
• Strong data mindset, able to analyze compliance trends and contribute to KPI scorecards
• Proactive communicator across cross-functional teams
• Experience using AI tools daily to improve output is a plus
