📋 Description

• KPI & SLA Oversight: Own end-to-end performance of key vendors, tracking quality, efficiency
• Data Analysis: Deep-dive vendor data to identify root causes of gaps and trends; translate into
• Operational Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and reporting; ensure data accuracy to boost
• Establish Scalable Infrastructure: Architect scalable operations for new initiatives; align vendor
• Business Reviews: Lead/vendor reviews with action plans for improvement and growth.
• Forecasting & Capacity: Align vendor capacity with short/long-term business forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in vendor management or outsourced operations
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
• Technology & CRM Proficiency: Deep knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement
• Operational Excellence: Knowledge of contact center operations, QA methodologies, Lean/Six Sigma.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent written/verbal skills; able to influence stakeholders at
