Vendor Security & Standards Manager

📋 Description

• Own and improve vendor security standards framework globally.
• Set security compliance expectations for carriers, 3PLs, and external partners.
• Ensure vendors accept security requirements before activities and embed in contracts.
• Conduct physical inspections at vendor facilities and sites across regions.
• Verify controls (access, screening, CCTV, tamper-evident, chain of custody) against standards.
• Produce inspection reports, note gaps, and recommend remediations.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in supply chain security compliance or vendor auditing.
• Experience conducting physical security inspections across multi-vendor/global environments.
• Strong remediation process management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of security standards, particularly TAPA FSR/TSR.
• Understanding of physical security controls in logistics (access, CCTV, screening, tamper-evident
• Ability to communicate assertively with vendors and hold stakeholders accountable.
