Vendor Security & Standards Manager

📋 Description

• Own and improve global vendor security standards framework
• Set security expectations for carriers, 3PLs, and external partners
• Embed security obligations in contracts and SLAs
• Conduct physical inspections at vendor facilities and sites
• Verify controls (access, screening, CCTV, tamper-evident) against standards
• Produce inspection reports and remediation recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in supply chain security compliance/auditing
• Experience inspecting physical security across multi-vendor/import environments
• Proven ability to manage corrective actions and verify resolutions
• Deep knowledge of security standards (TAPA FSR/TSR)
• Understand physical security controls in logistics (access, CCTV, screening, chain of custody)
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-regional coordination
