Vendor Sourcing Specialist

📋 Description

• Source, qualify, and contract vendors for exteriors operations.
• Build relationships with vendors to ensure quality service and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining margins.
• Advise on insurance and compliance requirements for vendors.
• Onboard new client accounts timely; manage seasonal accounts.
• Analyze vendor opportunities/risks and provide leadership with recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Experience planning/leading remote meetings or events.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Experience in Facilities, Supply chain, or Procurement preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
