📋 Description

• Define and lead an enterprise-wide AI strategy and Center of Excellence.
• Oversee AI governance, experimentation, and implementation across the organization.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology, business, security, and compliance teams to enable safe AI adoption.
• Provide executive leadership and strategic vision for AI initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in data science/AI; 5+ years in AI leadership, governance, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience establishing AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
• Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama), prompt engineering, tuning; strong Python.
• Deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with RAG architectures and vector
• Experience in MLOps, model governance, monitoring, lifecycle management; AI infra strategy.
