🎯 Requirements

Advanced education in biology or related field; 15+ years in biotech/pharma with oncology drug
Proven track record leading cross-functional asset teams across development phases; senior-level
Experience in multiple drug development disciplines; hematology/oncology preferred.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and governance oversight.
Bachelor’s degree in biology or life sciences; 5+ years in scientific leadership (or equivalent).
