🎯 Requirements

• Significant BD/corporate development or partnerships experience in biotech/pharma/TechBio.
• Proven track record closing large, complex transactions.
• Experience originating and executing platform/AI or multi-program partnerships.
• Experience managing alliances from execution through governance and expansion.
• Ability to translate AI/drug development capabilities into strategic value.
• Strong knowledge of deal structures, valuation, IP, and governance.
