📋 Description

• Define and execute Gravie’s enterprise data strategy, aligning investments and priorities with
• Identify opportunities to use healthcare and business data to better understand members, anticipate
• Partner with clinical, actuarial, network, pharmacy, and operations leaders to improve utilization
• Develop differentiated data products, insights, and services to create value and unlock new revenue
• Build data science capabilities to turn data into predictive insights and decision-support.
• Lead evolution of data architecture, pipelines, and analytics platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership across enterprise data, analytics, or data products.
• Healthcare industry experience with health plan or benefits data (claims, eligibility, provider
• Track record defining data strategy and building capabilities, teams, operating models.
• Hands-on data leader who bridges enterprise strategy and technical/product decisions.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and financial judgment for evaluating investments.
• Experience applying analytics, data science, or AI to improve experiences, products, or operations.
