• AI Strategy Leadership: Define and execute company-wide AI strategy with governance.
• Organization Leadership: Lead Analytics, BI, ML, and AI enablement as one org.
• Roadmap Ownership: Lead ML and predictive analytics roadmap (pricing, risk, search).
• Data Platform Management: Oversee data ecosystem health, governance, scalability, costs.
• Responsible AI Governance: Partner with Legal on ethical AI standards.
• Product Partnership: Collaborate with Product to deliver data-driven features.

🎯 Requirements

• Executive Leadership: 10+ years leading data/analytics/ML/AI teams.
• Integrated Team Leadership: Led analytics and ML within one org.
• AI Deployment Experience: Implemented AI at scale and measured outcomes.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of data platforms, ML systems; Snowflake, dbt, Hex.
• Ethical AI Perspective: Clear stance on AI governance and responsible deployment.
• Executive Communication: Influence leaders, present to boards, simplify concepts.
