📋 Description

• Leads Financial systems team focusing on ERP platforms including Workday.
• Drives transformation of finance processes, operating model, technology, security and data
• Partners with Finance and Technology teams on enterprise-wide projects and system changes.
• Manages Workday configuration, upgrades, testing and reporting to support financials and new
• Develops AI strategy for Finance; evangelizes AI adoption in Finance processes.
• Leads high-performing Finance Systems team with emphasis on excellence and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15 years of hands-on Finance experience; 10+ years in leading Finance workstreams and systems
• Workday Financials professional certification.
• Full lifecycle Workday Financial implementation experience.
• Proficiency in PTP, OTC, GL, FA, budgeting, cash management, POs, expenses, revenue accounting.
• Bachelor’s in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with other cloud-based financial applications (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson).
