📋 Description

• Lead enterprise technology strategy and roadmaps aligned to Dragos growth.
• Own IT operating model, architecture, and global platform scaling.
• Drive responsible AI adoption and secure governance across business platforms.
• Partner with CISO and executive peers to align technology with business needs.
• Build and mentor a world‑class IT leadership team to scale with the company.
• Oversee global IT budgets, vendor management, and lifecycle of critical systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years IT or business technology experience; 5–7+ years in senior IT leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to scale IT functions during headcount growth.
• Experience designing an IT operating model for 2,000+ employees and multiple regions.
• Strong business partnering with C-suite peers; trusted advisor on tech-enabled decisions.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms; AI adoption experience valued.
• Familiarity with security standards and compliance regimes (ISO 27001, SOC 2) preferred.
