Vice President, Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Lead Investor Relations and liaison with investors.
• Report to CFO; communicate performance and long term growth.
• Hybrid role in Oakland, CA or Denver, CO; two days in-office weekly.
• Partner with CEO, COO and Finance to align messaging.
• Support fundraising, public company readiness, and M&A comms.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years IR/finance in high growth SaaS/tech.
• Deep financial modeling and SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV).
• Experience with public investors, analysts, rating agencies.
• Ability to craft investor narratives and exec presentations.
• IPO experience or late-stage private company readiness preferred.
• Strong collaboration across Finance, Legal, Comms, and C-Suite.
