Vice President, Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Lead and scale IR with strategy, processes, and best practices.
• Develop relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Craft investment narrative aligned with performance and vision.
• Lead quarterly earnings prep, scripts, Q&A, and analyst engagement.
• Translate financial data into investor messaging with Finance.
• Manage investor marketing, roadshows, and conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in IR, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic comms in tech.
• Deep financial modeling and SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, CAC, LTV).
• Experience engaging with public investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
• Proven ability to craft investor narratives and exec presentations.
• IPO experience or late-stage private company readiness preferred.
• Strong collaboration across Finance, Legal, Comms, and the C-Suite.
