• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar professional services P&L.
• Strong govt contracting, BD, and proposal leadership experience.
• Understanding of professional services operations, financials, and strategy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in evolving environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
