📋 Description

• Own Data Engineering, Solution Data Architecture, and Data Science for Convera's enterprise data
• Modernize the data estate by migrating legacy reporting platforms to a single governed store used
• Lead phased migrations while maintaining uninterrupted business and regulatory operations; sustain
• Oversee ODS operations during migration; decide its future by keeping it stable and feeding
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture on standards, reference architectures, and information models.
• Build pipelines (ETL/ELT, streaming) at scale with source-data reconciliation, monitoring, and

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in data, with 8+ years in senior leadership (VP Data, Head of Data, or CDO) in
• Delivered a consolidated data platform end-to-end, with modern cloud data warehouse experience
• Deep data engineering expertise: large-scale ETL/ELT, pipeline reliability, data reconciliation
• Practical data governance: lineage, definitions, stewardship, and quality as ongoing programs.
• Strong data privacy practices: encryption, masking, tokenization, access controls, retention across
• Experience with regulators, examiners, and auditors; ability to present and defend the data estate
