📋 Description

• Own and maintain a unified HW/SW product strategy aligned to priorities and defense needs.
• Create and own an integrated cross-product roadmap with timelines and milestones.
• Define market requirements and build feature-level business cases; drive go-to-market narratives.
• Partner with engineering to assess architecture and feasibility; drive execution and quality.
• Ensure sales/BD have accurate product materials and implement stage-gate processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a Product Manager for hardware-enabled products.
• Systems-level fluency in space HW/SW architectures; translate to roadmaps.
• Background in space operations or technical engineering (robotics, aerospace).
• Hardware product expert; owns definitions, delivery, lifecycle decisions.
• Experience leading product teams; cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and create clarity.
