Vice President Property Management (Operations)

📋 Description

• Lead executive oversight of property management across a growing portfolio
• Set and enforce policies, service standards, and governance across assets
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, NOI, expenses, renewals, and capital projects
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and resident relations for residential communities
• Direct budgeting, vendor contracts, and reporting to owners
• Drive platform implementation for property management software and data migration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Admin, Finance, or related field; MBA/MS preferred
• 8–10 years property management experience; 3–5 years in senior/director leadership
• Hands-on experience with enterprise property management platforms; Yardi Voyager required
• Experience leading major software migrations (MRI, Yardi, RealPage or equivalent) desirable
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally
