🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in pre-sales or enterprise solutions.
• 5+ years leading large multi-country pre-sales orgs.
• Experience managing 100+ person teams across multiple countries.
• Deep MEDDIC/MEDDPICC expertise with scalable validation frameworks.
• Understanding consumption-based models and post-close usage growth.
• Proven budget ownership and ROI tradeoffs.
