📋 Description

• Own Five9's integrated corporate plan and related investments.
• Set strategy, financial ambition, and operating cadence with executive leadership and the Board.
• Lead integrated planning across functions to align growth and profitability targets.
• Drive AI-native operations and scalable workflows to support executive decision making.
• Partner with CEO, CFO, CPO, and CSO to translate strategy into execution.
• Oversee the long-range plan and portfolio that balances growth with efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting and/or corporate strategy or ops at a tech company.
• Experience leading strategy, business operations, or corporate development with exposure to
• Strong financial fluency: long-range planning, ROI, unit economics, scenario modeling.
• Practical proficiency with AI tools and understanding of AI in production and agentic automation.
• Proven ability to translate ambition into scalable AI/automation frameworks; hands-on with
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly recommended.
