Vice President - Underwriter, Servicing

📋 Description

• Perform or oversee contractors' underwriting of transactions.
• Ensure Lenders' and Investors' credit standards are maintained.
• Communicate with all parties regarding underwriting progress.
• Maintain a pipeline of approximately 25–35 transactions.
• Assist in developing team members in our India offices.
• Manage escalated issues, elevating to Senior Management as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in commercial real estate finance, servicing operations, and mortgage documentation.
• Strong written, oral, and negotiation skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, HUD, and CMBS guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
