Align with Sales, Product, and Dev on strategic priorities.
Oversee onboarding, support, adoption, and Payroll Operations teams.
Mentor leaders and elevate capabilities within the team.
Coordinate cross-department collaboration (Product, Dev, Finance, Sales, Marketing).

🎯 Requirements

5+ years leading a CS org in software, with targets exceeded.
Deep Payroll/Workforce industry knowledge.
7-10 years supporting customers on a SAAS payroll platform.
Ability to articulate technical concepts and drive solutions.
Strong organization and time-management; independent work style.
Travel up to 10%.
