• Create and appear in social-first video content
• Be recurring face of paid ads and social videos; shoot in studio or on location
• Develop ad concepts, write scripts, hooks and repeatable formats
• Shape, shoot and edit with Figma storyboards and Premiere Pro
• Use AI to enhance concepting, scripting, editing and production experiments
• Stay curious and share AI workflows with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Cape Town, South Africa; able to work from Superside's studio
• 3+ years in content creation, social video, editing or similar
• Portfolio showing on-camera presence and UGC-style content
• Comfortable being in front of camera; visible in ads and social content
• Strong understanding of Meta ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and short-form video
• Proficient in Premiere Pro; basic sound design; can storyboard with Figma
