🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of editing experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent; sound design, music
• Retention-focused editorial instincts; strong sense of pacing and storytelling
• Experience across formats (long-form and short-form) for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram
• Independent decision-making; high production velocity; English fluency
• Familiarity with AI-powered video and editing tools
