🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on video production experience in fast-paced settings.
• Strong experience producing long-form podcasts and repurposing into short-form content.
• Proficient editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Sharp storytelling with pacing, emotional impact, and audience retention.
• Minimum B2 level of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
• Strong creative initiative and ownership from concept to delivery.
