🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in video production, end-to-end ownership
  • Experience negotiating vendor contracts, SOWs, talent usage
  • Strong network of production partners and freelancers
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving fast
  • Knowledge of production/post-production processes
  • Excellent communication; briefing directors and editors
