Studio management, setup to final delivery

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years hands-on video production experience (filming + editing)
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Sony A7 or equivalent)
Knowledge of lighting setups (3-4 point) and audio (lav mics, audio leveling)
Portfolio showing talking-head interviews, events, or corporate content
Ability to manage shoots independently from setup to delivery
