VIP BD Manager/ Director - Global Remote

📋 Description

• Actively source and onboard institutional capital, market makers, and whales to grow TVL.
• Leverage CEX VIP client teams, prime brokers, and OTC desks to route liquidity.
• Identify and build partnerships with Web2 institutions, crypto funds, family offices.
• Structure, negotiate, and close liquidity incentives and deals end-to-end.
• Collaborate with product/tokenomics to design yield strategies for institutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of BD experience in crypto/Web2 finance.
• Experience on a CEX VIP Account Management or Institutional Sales team is a plus.
• Active rolodex of institutional allocators, market makers, VCs, and family offices.
• Understand liquidity pools, yield generation, and TVL metrics in Web3.
• Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust with high-profile capital providers.
