🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year CRM experience in iGaming with VIP segment management
  • Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Experience managing bonus cost optimization and campaign ROI analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation, and performance tracking systems
  • Deep understanding of player behavior and lifecycle in Casino and Sports products
  • Experience with LATAM markets (Spanish-speaking regions) is a strong advantage
