📋 Description

• Outbound calls to healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, and other stakeholders
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships through high-quality interactions.
• Respond to questions promptly and accurately.
• Meet or exceed program KPIs and performance objectives.
• Plan targeting to ensure effective outreach coverage.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to support program objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong oral and written English.
• Fluency in French and English required when supporting Quebec professionals.
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, sales, or related environment is a plus.
• Energetic, self-motivated, results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
