• Support clients through virtual and phone appointments with professional, personalized service.
• Listen to client needs, explain benefits and policy information, and provide follow-up.
• Assist with applications, enrollment, documentation, policy reviews and updates after

• Build long-term client relationships with active listening and consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate digital client records following procedures and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• No prior insurance experience required; entry-level candidates encouraged.
• Must be at least 18, in the United States, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health Insurance license; guidance provided.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Comfortable learning new technology and using Zoom and web-based tools.
