📋 Description

• Lead Visual Merchandising to achieve store sales and maximize profitability in partnership with
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Managers to initiate, delegate work, and provide feedback
• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, floor replenishment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership and ability to guide a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong merchandising skills with focus on product presentation and stock management.
• Experience planning visual floor changes and coordinating with store leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Proven track record using metrics to drive business opportunities in placement and stock levels.
