📋 Description

• Lead visual merchandising and store operations to drive sales and profitability.
• Partner with Management, Operations and Visual Managers to initiate, delegate work and provide
• Maintain dynamic product presentation, floor sets, restock and store cleanliness in line with
• Plan visual floor changes, budgets and inventory to meet business needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional training and partner with store leadership to execute initiatives.
• Move across sales floor and back of house to support guests and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with ability to recruit, coach and develop talent.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong business acumen with ability to use metrics to drive decisions.
• Willingness to work opening/closing shifts and weekends during peak seasons.
