Manage execution of key operational functions incl shipment, receiving, processing
Maintain product presentation and merchandising via restock and floor changes
Plan and execute visual floors with payroll and business needs in mind
Move dynamically on retail floor to support business needs and guests
Lead by example and inspire staff in daily ops and guest experience

🎯 Requirements

2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
Proven leadership capabilities with decision making
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to execute company-level directives, projects and initiatives
Values feedback and is receptive to coaching
Job Level: Associate
