🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-facing sales or retail
• 2+ years in visual merchandising leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams
• Proactive with metrics and business insight
• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends
