📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Lead visual standards for salesfloor with data-driven changes
• Plan and execute product presentation and merchandising changes
• Manage budgets, payroll and reporting to inform planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align with store goals
• Ensure store is customer-ready and maintains brand standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
