• Oversee key operational and visual processes on the sales floor
• Lead visual merchandising and product presentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
• Strong visual standards and product presentation
• Experience with budgeting, reporting and KPIs
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks
