• Support store team to deliver inspiring Customer Experience aligned with H&M brand and values.
• Drive sales in-store and implement Visual Identity.
• Report to Store Visual Manager or Store Manager.
• Set garment presentation on Sales Floor & Windows per Commercial Handbook.
• Execute floor moves based on joint decisions with Department Manager.

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcomed.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to climb a ladder and use hand/power tools for displays.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends; may travel to other stores.
